Program Analyst 3

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), Quality Management Division, is on the lookout for a Program Analyst 3 to contribute significantly to data analysis, the creation of public reports, and the advancement of quality improvement initiatives driven by data. In this position, you will be responsible for gathering data and information, conducting data and process analyses, and producing accessible files and public reports for program evaluation. You will also deliver formal training as part of a team, focusing on quality management (QM) concepts and their Application, especially in QM planning and data-driven quality improvement processes within the ODP system. Your role will involve performing both quantitative and qualitative analyses on diverse data sets, while also supporting the facilitation of ODP’s QM Strategy by offering technical assistance in QM planning and data-driven quality improvement to both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead projects that engage teams and individuals with varied skills and expertise.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year as a Program Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Three years of analytical experience, two of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor’s degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.
