Develops, implements, and manages systems and processes to ensure the quality, efficiency, and productivity of the AHS Office of Research. Supports investigators by identifying and helping them connect with relevant resources to facilitate various aspects of the research process. Facilitates bidirectional communication with internal stakeholders and may provide logistical support for research office events and activities. Works collaboratively across teams within the Office of Research to ensure functional integration.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinates special events related to research promotion and advancement, special projects and essential programs.
• Investigates, plans, organizes, interprets, and analyzes various sources of information in support of college research processes.
• Serves as a liaison providing authoritative information, assistance, and advice to department staff, investigators, and other stakeholders
• Manages multi-source communications from research office and develops and distributes any other correspondences as directed
• Reviews, evaluates, develops, and interprets policies and operational procedures. Develops and manages confidential information and systems.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Certification as a certified research administrator (CRA)
