The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a clinical field that leads to professional licensure (e.g., Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Nursing, or similar).
• Active registration, license, or certification in that clinical profession within the Commonwealth, if applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years of mental health clinical experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Preferred:

• 5 years of psychiatric mental health experience preferred.
• 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience preferred

We are seeking a Program Director for our Long-Term Structured Residences (LTSR) team at our Beaver Falls, PA, location. In this role, you’ll play a key leadership role in guiding services that are person-centered, strengths-based, and recovery-focused. You’ll ensure that individuals have the opportunity to shape their own care while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and participants.

LTSR is a long-term residential program serving individuals with complex mental health needs, providing structured support to foster recovery and independence.

Position Details

• Lead and supervise program staff in our LTSR residential program, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee treatment planning, documentation, and service delivery to ensure compliance with regulations and Merakey standards.
• Manage program operations, including budgeting, incident reporting, audits, and quality initiatives.
• Provide clinical leadership, ensuring best practices and high-quality care.
• Collaborate with individuals, families, staff, and external partners to support recovery and continuity of care.

Compensation: $58656 annually
