CTC is seeking a Program & Financial Operations Analyst to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OUSD M&RA). You will engage with various organizations within M&RA, including those related to the Reserve Component Duty Status Report, JROTC oversight, and administrative support across multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform resource management and financial analysis for the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OASD M&RA).
• Perform various responsibilities across several organizations with M&RA to include oversight of the Reserve Component Duty Status Report, JROTC Oversight, and administrative support for a variety of offices.
• Manage and align program resource applications to DoD training and education strategy, policy, and direction.
• Develop, draft, revise, and manage the coordination process for DoD policy issuances, including instructions, directives, and directive-type memoranda.
• Provide programmatic analysis and planning support for policy drafts, special projects
• Support business operations across a range of programs and policies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or a combination of associate’s degrees and skills-based licenses and/or certifications.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in the Program & Financial Operations Analyst role in one or more of the following;
• Program Management
• Program Business Operations
• Operations and Security
• Develop and Deliver Training
• Engineering and Information Security
• Health Services
• Logistics
• Procurement
• Life Cycle Services

Preferred Skills:

• Relevant Professional Licenses or certifications
• Experience working on projects in the program and financial operations analyst role.
