Join Amazon’s global legal department as a Program Manager supporting Prime Video. We’re seeking an experienced and talented professional to drive strategic compliance initiatives, manage complex cross-border projects, and enhance our efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead complex regulatory legal programs and projects spanning multiple geographies
• Drive compliance initiatives and process improvements
• Coordinate with legal and business stakeholders across multiple levels worldwide
• Manage legal technology implementations and AI resources for regulatory compliance
• Create and maintain global knowledge-sharing mechanisms and training resources
• Support leadership updates and strategic planning
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between lawyers, strategic business leaders, and product and tech teams
• Provide support to business teams on marketing escalations

Your role is to orchestrate seamless communication, manage intricate stakeholder inputs, and drive strategic initiatives forward. By tracking institutional knowledge and facilitating critical coordination, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our global compliance and legal strategies are executed with precision and efficiency. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of regulatory and risk management experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience identifying and resolving complex issues
• PMP
• Experience with data visualization and project tracking tools
• Ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguous situations
• Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic
