For every child, the right to Hope 

The Refugee Response Office in Poland has been opened in March 2022 upon agreement with the Government of Poland to provide assistance with the refugee influx from Ukraine to Poland. In 2026, the child protection section will finalize programme implementation, close implementing partnerships, report to donors, ensure transition to national partners, documentation and knowledge management requirements. In the light of these, UNICEF Poland RRO is looking for a programme associate with prior experience with UNICEF implementing partnerships and budget management systems.

How can you make a difference? 

Under the supervision and guidance of Chief Child Protection, the Programme Associate provides specialized programme and administrative support to facilitate the development, implementation and monitoring of UNICEF’s child protection programme. The role involves substantial engagement in data analysis, budget tracking, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and compliance with organizational rules. Incumbent exercises judgment, anticipates needs, and recommends actions that contribute to programme planning, implementation and reporting results.
