The efficiency and effectiveness of the support provided by your role to the development, implementation, and monitoring of programmes/projects facilitate the delivery of concrete and sustainable results for the respective section, which in turn enhances the office’s and UNICEF’s capacity to help the most vulnerable women and children.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly data collection of all nutrition interventions and ensure the nutrition database is up to date.
- Conduct monthly data cleaning along with corrective feedback and ensure all data collected of high quality.
- Support any third-party monitoring (TPM) initiatives; establish and maintain action trackers for implementation of recommendation from TPM visits; represent UNICEF in TPM meetings with the TPM agency.
- Produce a quarterly Programme bulletin with a summary of key achievements from the UNICEF nutrition projects that would be circulated to key stakeholders.
- Take charge of the centralized management of nutrition payments, ensuring their completion in a timely manner. Additionally, handle any associated administrative tasks related to these payments.
- Develop and manage IM tools that would facilitate grants and supplies monitoring by the section’s team as well as digitalized tracker to monitor SOs, POs, and PRs.

Minimum requirements:
Education:
- A University degree in the one of the following fields is required: Social Sciences, International Relations, Government, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy, Social Development, Community Development, or another relevant technical field such as information Science, Statistics, Geographical information Systems, Computer Science or another relevant field.
- Work Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant professional work experience
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
