Experienced CNC Programmer / Setup Machinist
Pay: $38–$40 per hour (DOE)
We are seeking an Experienced CNC Programmer/Setup Machinist to join our team. This role is responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to ensure precision and efficiency in production.
Responsibilities:
- Program CNC machines (mills/lathes) and perform machine setups.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Select tools, set offsets, and prepare fixtures for production runs.
- Perform test runs and make adjustments to meet tight tolerances.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining or programming issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of CNC programming and setup experience.
- Proficiency with G-code and CAM software.
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, $38–$40/hr depending on experience.
