Project Administrator – Lower Thames Crossing – Grays – Grays

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Project Administrator to join our team supporting the Lower Thames Crossing project. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support in various administrative tasks, including managing trackers, coordinating meetings, and assisting with reports and presentations.

What you’ll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain absence, sickness, and holiday trackers for team members.
  • Provide general administrative support including typing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Cover reception duties when required, including room/meeting bookings, greeting visitors, screening calls, and dealing with messages and enquiries.
  • Administer BPSS System.
  • Manage and administer the DP Portal for LTC accounts and systems.
  • Assist with the collation of reports and creation of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Provide backup cover for line manager’s annual leave.
  • Handle any additional administrative tasks as required by the line manager.

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and practical Administrator.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest, reliable, and professional.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Well-organized with excellent timekeeping abilities.
  • Computer literate with a good understanding of office software.
