Job Description:

The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of projects by providing administrative, logistical, and coordination assistance to project managers and teams. This role ensures that project activities are organized, documented, and executed according to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Project Coordinator serves as a central point for communication, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate project documentation, enabling efficient collaboration and timely issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of projects by providing administrative, logistical, and coordination assistance to project managers and teams. This role ensures that project activities are organized, documented, and executed according to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Project Coordinator serves as a central point for communication, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate project documentation, enabling efficient collaboration and timely issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
• Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays to the project manager.
• Support resource allocation and track time or budget utilization.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and ensure timely information flow.
• Manage project-related data in systems such as Teams, SharePoint, and PM tools.
• Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and invoice tracking as needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes, standards, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree desired.
• 1-3 years of administrative or project support experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• CAPM certification desired.
• Strong detail orientation and proactivity desired.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills desired.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment desired.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders required.
• Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and support resolution required.
• Basic awareness of regulatory knowledge required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and project management tools required.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to supporting project teams required.

Location: Spokane, WA – On Site, Full- -Time

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Hiring Wage: $38.54 – $57.69/hourly, with opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises.
