Opportunity Overview:

Project Coordinator-10-month contract

Lakewood, CO- Hybrid

The Project Coordinator will reconcile backlog work orders and complete all assigned tasks, playing an important role in supporting internal business operations. You will review, processing, and tracking work orders while coordinating with team members across HR, compensation, hiring managers, and other departments. This hybrid role offers a flexible schedule and an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the power and utility industry.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Review backlog work orders according to internal guidelines
• Work through assigned task lists, completing items
• Communicate with internal coordinators and team members to gather missing information or resolve discrepancies
• Use Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and Teams to track progress and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with other coordinators while operating as an independent contributor

Who You Are:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the
• 3+ years of experience with work order management or administrative project coordination is helpful
• High School Diploma or GED
