Job Title: Project Coordinator (A55)Location: South Yorkshire – 5 days per week in the office (must be local or willing to travel)This is a great opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a rapidly growing team in the Telecoms industry working with a Tier-1 Contractor on network build and operations.Your role as a Project Coordinator will be assisting the Project Manager with day-to-day operational tasks ensuring that projects are running efficiently.Key Responsibilities for this Project Coordinator (A55) role:

• Coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of telecoms projects, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Raise and manage A55 requests on the BT Portal, ensuring compliance with BT requirements and standards.
• Act as the central point of communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and Tier 1 contractors.
• Monitor project progress and support the resolution of any issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is updated in line with project developments.
• Support procurement and logistics processes for materials and equipment.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the Build Team.

Key Requirements for this Project Coordinator (A55) role:

• Recent experience in Telecoms or have a multi-utility background
• Excellent IT Skills in the full Microsoft suite (Office 365)
• Experience raising A55s.
• Working with the BT Portal (desirable but not mandatory)
• Proven experience with accurate data handling and project coordination
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Great communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
