Wiedenbach-Brown, An affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our team.
Job Type: Full-time; remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project managers and sales teams in coordinating lighting, controls, or switchgear projects for commercial clients.
- Create quotes and orders using Job Management and Solar Eclipse systems.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and shipping partners to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare submittals for customer review and design approval.
- Address shipping-related concerns and project inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.
- Assist with other project-related or administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or the electrical construction industry.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Solar ERP is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing schedules, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience reading schematics or prints is a plus.
