We’re looking for a Project Engineer II to join our Home Builder Services Team. Can you picture yourself here?

Salary Range: 70k-80k

Here’s what you’d do:

A Project Engineer II will support the Warranty and Model Maintenance Departments for our Builder Customers.

You’d be responsible for:

• Email and phone correspondence between customers and field staff to ensure Warranty Tasks are completed on schedule and Model Maintenance Routes are updated
• Scheduling, dispatching, and managing Warranty Crews during the Warranty Season
• Working with Site Superintendents and Customers to complete Warranty Tasks
• Submit billing for Warranty and Model Maintenance team and work cross functionally with the Accounts Receivable Team to ensure invoices are sent to customers timely and correct
• Update schedule and routes based on email correspondence and Customer Updates for Warranty and Model Maintenance Teams
• Preparing reports and information as requested
• Coordinating between branch administrative office team, field employees, sales team, estimating team and branch management on a regular basis
• Working closely with clients, vendors, sub-contractors and employees; ensuring exceptional customer service and quality at all times

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish)
