Description
  • Plans, coordinates, and manages on-site construction engineering daily activities and schedules and communicates with subcontractors.
  • Prepares monthly Owner pay estimates, reviews subcontractor pay requests after updating the Project CPM schedule.
  • Prepares and updates job budgets, change orders and cost reports for Project Director’s/Manager’s review and approval.
  • Prepares and leads weekly staff and regular review meetings.
  • Manages project document control procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree
