Project ManagerThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a well established subcontractor within the Construction sector.The company is a well established local Sub Contractor are based in South Yorkshire with sites UK within the Construction sector. They have sites UK wide and require the candidate to be flexible and do sites visits on a regular basis, therefore must be able to drive.This company are forward thinking, offer great training and development opportunities and are recognised for their great culture, which puts their people first. My client is looking for individuals to join the company who would be looking to develop their career and grow within the company as it expands.Key responsibilities for this Project Manager role:
– Running 3-4 projects at a time
– Operational Tasks
– Sub Contracts
– Order materials etc
– Monitor progress
– Reporting
– Regular Site Visits (need to be flexible as this with be a regular requirement)Experience required for this Project Manager role:
– Ideally Construction experience
– Academic background in Construction
– Driving licencePackage offered for this Project Manager role:– Basic Salary up to 45k depending on experience. My client will also consider strong Assistant Quantity Surveyors looking to take the next step up
