Requirement My client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in commercial, office, and industrial spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading the build and fit-out of various construction projects. This role requires strong project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate project milestones
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage and mitigate project risks, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equal opportunities

Day-to-day

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute construction projects
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans
• Managing project documentation, contracts, and change orders
• Analysing project performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Trade Background
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace

Expected salary

£45000 – 55000 per year
