Project Manager | Demolition | London | £80k+About the client: My Client is a leading demolition subcontractor known for delivering safe and efficient demolition services across various sectors.About the role: They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in demolition to lead and manage demolition projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of demolition projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards.
• Identify and manage project risks, resolving issues proactively.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders

About the requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the demolition industry.
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Strong knowledge of demolition methods, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
