Our client is a reputable London based contractor who specialises in structural alterations. They are now on the lookout for a Construction Project Manager for one of their upcoming projects based in the Portsmouth area.Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Construction PM or Senior PM on a similar project
• Cut & Carve Project experience – essential
• Professional qualifications
• Ability to deal with main contractors and other stakeholders
• Fully competent in H&S.
• CSCS Black Card is desirable
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Can work to tight deadlines and budgets
• Good IT skills with the ability to produce programmes, reports and comply with all record keeping in line with industry standards and Company procedures.
