Service delivery is focused in four main technology solution verticals: Systems Delivery, Enterprise Information Management, Training and Managed Services; with industry expertise in Energy, Utilities, Government, Financial Services and the Public Sector.ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Project Manager for upcoming opportunities with ARC’s clients.ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER Qualifications:

• Experience in implementing packaged solutions
• Experience as a business analyst and project manager
• Experience with Scaled agile framework, SAFe, version 6 preferred
• Experience working with Scrum/Kanban or other Agile methodologies. Scrum master certification, CSM or equivalent is preferred.
• The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in computer science, or other applicable degree and at least 3-5 years of related experience (or equivalent).
• Experience with traditional waterfall based projects of at least 2 years as a project manager
• Experience working with business and technical projects with an agile mindset.
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building
• Strong business analysis skills
• Strong facilitation skills
• Ability to identify and remove team impediments
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
• Ability to work on project, program and organizational strategy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience interacting with both business and IT teams.
• PMP would be an asset

Responsibilities:

• Project Manager for multiple concurrent projects, both on a client site, from our Calgary office and some remote flexibility
• Some projects will be agile and some traditional
• Remove impediments for the Team and the Product Owner
• Team Building – Ensuring a good working relationship between team members, promote empowerment of the team, ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in their work

Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, MBA) and/or vendor technical certifications are desirable criteria for our selection.We offer a competitive salary, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits package.
