PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee mechanical product projects from initiation through delivery. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in project management, supply chain coordination, and customer-focused execution in a technical environment.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, staffing, and contractual deliverables for assigned mechanical product projects. You’ll collaborate closely with supply chain and site teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction. This role supports coverage for team members on medical leave and may involve managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical product projects from initiation to completion
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and customer expectations
• Coordinate with supply chain and site teams to ensure timely product delivery
• Prepare and present project status reports to upper management
• Utilize specific project management tools (training provided if needed)
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal processes
• Participate in candidate selection and onboarding as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years of project management experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Experience with project management tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for virtual collaboration
• Experience with FAR Part 15 contracting and TINA-compliant proposals
• SAP experience
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)

• Pay Rate:
  • $55–$65/hr for candidates with 2–4 years of experience (PMP certification preferred)
  • $65–$75/hr for candidates with 4+ years of experience, PMP certification, and/or tool experience
• Schedule/Location: First shift – On-site preferred; hybrid may be considered based on business needs

Pay Details: $55.00 to $75.00 per hour
