As our footprint continues to grow across North and South America, we are looking for a motivated, entry-level Project Manager to join our expanding team.

The Opportunity

This is an entry-level role in a fast-growing business, ideal for someone who wants early responsibility, exposure to real-world operations, and the chance to develop quickly within a supportive and experienced department.

You’ll be at the heart of our operations-helping to deploy medical professionals to remote industrial field settings and ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through delivery. No two days are the same, and you’ll thrive if you enjoy variety, challenge, and learning on the job.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with experienced project managers and operational leaders, you will:

• Coordinate the deployment of medical personnel to remote and industrial project sites
• Plan and book personnel logistics, including travel and accommodation
• Support payroll coordination and operational administration
• Manage day-to-day operational and personnel queries
• Liaise professionally with client contacts and internal stakeholders
• Assist with performance tracking, reviews, and personnel coordination
• Help solve operational problems-often in new or unfamiliar scenarios
• Keep multiple workstreams moving by prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to understand and work with IT regarding shipping software.

This position is in a standard warehouse environment with desktop business equipment and frequent telephone calls. Noise level is moderate.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. The employee must constantly reach with hands and fingers. Employee must be able to work in close contact with small and large groups. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, unassisted. Frequent hearing and talking is required.
