| position Highlights | This position supports the Finance & Budget Division by providing essential project management and business analysis for high-profile campus and divisional initiatives. It ensures alignment with the division’s commitment to financial and operational excellence by driving process improvements, data-informed decision-making, and effective project delivery. The role is responsible for analyzing complex financial and operational data, developing metrics, mapping and optimizing workflows, and translating insights into actionable strategies that enhance efficiency and advance strategic objectives. Projects include but are not limited to: software implementation, software updates, workflow optimization and redesign, event management process optimization and implementation, and various departmental projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional who excels at solving complex problems, fostering collaboration to enhance efficiencies, and driving process improvements. | Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report | In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University’s campuses.Thesereports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
