We are looking for a project manager to join our dynamic team to lead the healthcare-related humanitarian projects implemented in Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Managing and motivating the team, delegate tasks and coordinate team’s work
- Following project’s spending and contribute to project’s budgeting
- Monitoring situation on the ground and proposing appropriate adjustments
- Participating in the recruitment process
- Preparing periodic and final substantial reports
- Assisting monitoring and evaluation of the project
- Building and maintaining lasting relations with stakeholders
- Cooperating with the team (including PR officer, security officer and management team)
- Abiding STEP-IN policies and procedures
Candidate profile
- Fluent English. Ukrainian or Russian is a big plus.
- Good level of MS Office skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Previous experience in managing projects in humanitarian sector
- Driving licence and experience obligatory
Contract start date and duration
- Start date: March 2025
- Duration: 6-12 months
