Manage the automation portion of all assigned projects for Emcor and outside customers so they are delivered on time, within budget, while maintaining quality standards.
Primary duties:
Provide guidance to ensure project milestones are met according to schedule.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
Writing requests for information, change requests, etc. Providing solutions when possible.
Provide closeout documentation at project completion.
Administrative duties:
Maintain excellent communication between the automation department and its customers.
Verbally communicate as much as possible.
Follow up important verbal communication with email for record.
Fully understand the scope of the project.
Coordinate schedule with team members
Continue to monitor project to ensure adherence to design, scope, specifications, plans.
Evaluate estimate with job cost report throughout project.
Maintain assigned company vehicle
Assist manager with staffing and training needs
Required skills:
