Be part of a team that values professionalism, performance, and long-term growth.Why this role:Join a company with a solid track record and expanding presence in AlbertaWork on diverse corporate and professional interior construction projectsGain exposure to a wide client portfolio and dynamic project scopesReceive a competitive salary with annual bonus potentialAccess a full benefits package, including dental, optical, and medicalBuild your project management career with long-term growth opportunitiesPlay a direct role in shaping high-visibility commercial environmentsWhat you’ll be doing:Manage multiple commercial interior projects from planning to completionOversee contracts, scope changes, schedules, and budgetsEnsure all work aligns with design, budget, and quality expectationsTrack and report progress, performance, and financial metricsLead and coordinate internal teams and external subcontractorsMaintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholdersIdentify and resolve scope issues and unexpected challengesRepresent the company professionally on-site and in client meetingsWhat you bring:3 to 5 years of project management experience in commercial interiors or similar construction environments3 to 5 years of experience in estimating and subcontractor managementKnowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and Alberta OHS legislationProficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Bid PlanroomStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to negotiate and manage contracts effectivelyPMP certification or project management certificate preferredACSA Leadership for Safety Excellence preferredValid Class 5 Driver’s LicenseAdditional details:Office-based in Edmonton with regular travel to worksites and client officesPermanent, full-time role with local travel required#TSSHP
