4Site is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a client-side consultancy, delivering luxurious, high-end residential projects. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, working directly with prestigious clients and design teams to ensure every detail is meticulously executed to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Act as the primary client liaison, providing expert advice and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
• Coordinate and manage design teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and oversee project programmes, monitoring progress and addressing risks or delays effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality and address any challenges promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing high-end residential or luxury projects, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and manage expectations effectively.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts (e.g., JCT), and project management principles.
• Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and reporting systems.
