As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful project management and project processing in the field of intralogistics and production
Independent management of consulting projects at 4flow
Development of new consulting products in the field of intralogistics and production
Working on projects in the area of intralogistics and production including Smart Factory and Smart Warehouse, planning and commissioning of automation systems in intralogistics, optimization of value-added systems, planning of distribution centers and omnichannel warehouses, factory planning, production supply, planning of manufacturing and assembly areas
Support and collaboration onsite at the customer
Cross-project employee responsibility (leadership and development of employees)
Support and execution of acquisitions in the field of intralogistics and production
Support and coaching of project teams as senior expert
Why you belong at 4flow
Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering or business studies with a major in logistics/SCM
6+ years’ experience as a supply chain consultant and experience leading supply chain projects
Experience with the transformation of manufacturing plants and structures
Knowledge of the interrelationships, influencing factors and success criteria on the cost and performance targets of production and logistics
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills and a developed team focus with the goal of solving complex customer challenges
Expert knowledge in the field of Smart Factory and Smart Warehouse, planning and commissioning of automation systems in intralogistics, optimization of value-added systems, planning of distribution centers and omnichannel warehouses, factory planning, production supply, planning of manufacturing and assembly areas in 4flow’s target industries
Understanding of the functionalities of enterprise software (ERP, WMS, etc.)
Confident communicating and presenting to the customer’s employees at all organizational levels
