Project Manager – Level 2Location: Ottawa, ON (Hybrid)
Security Clearance: Level II – Secret
Position Type: Contract (Contingent on Winning Bid)We are responding to a federal government RFP and are seeking a Project Manager (Level 2) to lead and manage large-scale federal initiatives. The successful candidate will be included in our bid and must demonstrate senior-level project management experience in complex environments.Important: This position is contingent on contract award. Only candidates who meet all mandatory requirements will be considered. You must be prepared to provide documented proof of education, certifications, and work experience, including detailed project descriptions and references.RequirementsRequired QualificationsEducation:

• An undergraduate degree from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution (or equivalent if obtained outside Canada and assessed) in one of the following areas:

• Engineering
• Science
• Technical Field

Experience:

• A minimum of 7 years (84 months) of combined experience within the last 7 years, covering at least five (5) of the following areas: The following tasks must have been performed on projects with annual expenditures exceeding $1,000,000: The following tasks may have been performed on projects of any size:

• Working as a project manager
• Drafting and presenting technical and management documents
• Drafting correspondence and making recommendations on the acceptance or rejection of deliverables
• Preparing Contract Deliverable Requirement Lists (CDRLs) and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs)

Certifications (Required for Full Points):

• Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Asset Education:

• Additional degrees (bachelor’s or higher) in any of the following areas will be considered an asset:

• Engineering
• Mathematics
• Science
• Project Management
• Business Administration
