A pioneer in the field, FlexTrade is internationally recognized for introducing FlexTRADER®, the world’s first broker-neutral, execution management trading system, which allows clients to completely control and customize their execution workflows through a comprehensive ability to search/access liquidity while maintaining the confidentiality of their trading strategies.We are looking for a project manager to join our FX Product & Client Services implementation teams. The Product team is responsible for FX product roadmap & enhancements. The Client Services team is responsible for new clients and is involved with the full project life cycle. This includes analysis, design and implementation.The purpose of the role is to manage projects and sprints for the FX Product and Client Services teams. Work with clients’ trading desk and technology teams alongside product, development, and client services teams to create a project plan and see it through completion. Key to this position will be understanding priorities from the client’s perspective and managing the project from sales to delivery.Responsibilities

• Work with the Project Lead and Account Manager to create a project plan
• Document key risks, information gaps and dependencies in the project plan
• Run development sprints
• Monitor implementation progress and generate reports
• Keep all internal and external stakeholders updated on the progress of the project
• Work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment
• Coordinate timelines for new work deliverables

• 2+ years’ experience of Project Management experience in a software environment
• Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence, or a similar technology
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in an AGILE work environment
• Experience with FX (nice to have)
