Influences the financial performance of a project by monitoring scheduling, forecasting, and cost control efforts.

Identifiesand mitigates risks to minimize project delays and cost overruns.

Conducts regular site visits tomonitorprogress, quality, and safety compliance.

Collaborates with engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues and address any changes.

Closelymonitorscommunicatesrisks, status etc. in project review meetings.

Drives the pursuit of claims & change orders,tracksand reports on progress.

Oversees procurement or Buy-out process to ensure it adheres to set budget.

Ensures the development& useof a CPM schedule throughout the life of the project.

Directs project contract management to review, address and resolve contractual issues & claims.

Establishes and promotes asafetyculture.

Overseesprocurement or Buy-out process to ensure it adheres to set budget.

Establishes andmaintainsrelationships with key business partners and stakeholders.

Ensures subcontractors and suppliers areclosely managed.

Manages employees by mentoring, coaching, providingfeedbackand assessing performance.
