Job Description73765 – Project Manager (Industrial)The OpportunityExecutrade is thrilled to partner with a client in the Edmonton NW area who is looking for an Industrial Project Manager. This role involves overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in project management, excellent teamwork abilities, and strong communication skills.Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise project teams to ensure projects are completed on time
- Utilize Scrum and Agile methodologies to drive project success
- Effectively manage vendors and external partners by fostering strong relationships
- Oversee product development processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting for project evaluation
- Collaborate with stakeholders ensure adherence to project guidelines and requirements
- Implement best practices in program management to achieve project objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP certification is advantageous.
- Experience in successful business development is a huge asset
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within a technology-focused setting
- Experienced in managing large scale industrial projects – particularly those involving concrete components
- Proven ability in leading a team by demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong data analysis skills to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation
- Ability to conduct site visit on an occasional basis
