This role involves overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in project management, excellent teamwork abilities, and strong communication skills.Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise project teams to ensure projects are completed on time
• Utilize Scrum and Agile methodologies to drive project success
• Effectively manage vendors and external partners by fostering strong relationships
• Oversee product development processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting for project evaluation
• Collaborate with stakeholders ensure adherence to project guidelines and requirements
• Implement best practices in program management to achieve project objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP certification is advantageous.
• Experience in successful business development is a huge asset
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within a technology-focused setting
• Experienced in managing large scale industrial projects – particularly those involving concrete components
• Proven ability in leading a team by demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong data analysis skills to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation
• Ability to conduct site visit on an occasional basis
