Summary

Manage multiple Crown projects simultaneously for current and future product offerings as it relates to National and Major Accounts. Work closely with the appropriate support representatives and various levels of Branch, Dealer and National Account management teams to ensure resource availability and allocation along with coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Engage in customer product/system analysis and planning pre-sale to determine project feasibility and execution to plan. Effectively plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects using principles, methods, and standard techniques that are appropriate to the specific project.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple National Account projects related to Crown Insite’s suite of current and future product offerings.
• Develop strategic rollout plans for multiple customer sites and present plans to the customer’s corporate and Crown’s national account teams.
• Rollout plans will include coordinating hardware availability, shipment, technician availability, customer IT infrastructure and Insite resources.
• Develop customer standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and playbooks as required.
• Complete standard work and tasks for each project as required.
• Travel, go-lives, and visits with the customer’s corporate and company national account teams will be required for customer relationship development.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report on project progress, offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.
• E-mail customers project updates and timelines on a regular basis.
• Work with sales, management and manufacturing on forecasts and visibility for components based on pending projects not yet ordered in our business systems.
• Follow established communication schedules to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization and customer participants on the progress of the project.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
• 5-7 years related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal, organizational, analytical and presentation skills are required.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as ability to organize and prepare information in concise forms to management is also required.
• Occasional travel is necessary
