Project Manager – Law, HRIS, Human Resources£90,000-£100,000Hybrid – LondonPermanentA leading global law firm is seeking a Project Manager / Human Resources (HR) Consultant to lead the implementation of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and enhance their HR function globally.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HRIS implementation and optimize HR processes internationally.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including C-suite, to define HR objectives.
• Ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Establish and manage project governance and controls.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering global HRIS implementations (law sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR functions (Core HR, payroll, compensation).
• 2+ years of experience in the law industry.
• Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary global teams and full lifecycle project delivery.
