Title: Project Manager/Leader – Senior
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 Days/Week)
Duration: 6-Months Contract with possible extension.Job Description:

• Provide leadership and coaches the team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services
• Collaborate with the Ministry’s product owner to prioritize the product backlog
• Collaborate with diverse teams and negotiate solutions with multiple stakeholders
• Facilitates and supports Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective
• Proficient at requirements refinement, story point estimation, velocity, retrospection and other scrum techniques
• Resolves team impediments to increase the effectiveness of the development team
• Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization
• Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Identify areas for improvement and increase the productivity of the Scrum Team
• Identify, manage and report risks and issues.

Other Skills:

• Experience working in multi-tiered, complex product development environment
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Providing a servant leadership style support for the team
• Understanding of IT and business environment standards
