Role: Project Manager/Leader – Senior
Location: Toronto, ON(Hybrid)

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Project Management’s Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (40%)
• Demonstrated expertise in planning for infrastructure projects and related experience with security, accessibility and heritage areas (30%)
• Experience managing and coordinating project monitoring, anticipates and troubleshoots issues, provides ongoing expertise, resolves problems and provides project effectiveness (10%)
• Ability to identify conflict between project and functional areas and develops responses to successfully address conflict (10%)
• Ability to handle client relationships to manage expectations, provides updates as required, identifies potential conflicts between project and functional areas (10%)

Must Haves:

• Demonstrated expertise in Project Management’s Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge
• Demonstrated expertise in planning for infrastructure projects and related experience with security, accessibility and heritage areas
• Skilled craftsmen and tradespeople are essential for executing the restoration work, such as carpenters, masons, plasterers, and roofers. They have the expertise to carry out the necessary repairs and renovations while respecting the building’s historical character.
• As the project manager, you oversee the overall construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of resources. You ensure that the project progresses smoothly and meets quality standards.
• This role involves researching the building’s history, architecture, and materials. They provide valuable insights into the building’s original design and construction techniques, aiding in the restoration process.
• This specialist focuses on preserving the historical and cultural integrity of the building. They will help navigate regulations and ensure that the restoration maintains the building’s authenticity.

Nice-To-Haves:

• Previous Public Sector Experience is an asset
• PM related Certifications (PMP)
