Project Manager (Manufacturing / Tooling)£40,000 – £50,000 + Progression + Training + Flexible Working Hours + Hybrid + Opportunity to Travel Abroad + Company BenefitsBroughton, HybridAre you a Project Manager with a background within Tooling / Manufacturing, looking to lead and direct a multitude of projects for a company that provides equipment making an impact in every major commercial aircraft program in the world, where you will be working alongside market leaders such as Airbus & Lockheed Martin, hugely contributing to projects at the forefront of the future of aerospace & receive lots of training and development?On offer is the opportunity to work with a company who were established for over 80 who drive manufacturing excellence by investing in tools for effective project management, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and safe delivery of products and solutions. As a world-renowned, single-source provider of production and automated assembly systems for the aerospace and defense industry.This varied role will have you planning and scheduling projects, managing stakeholders and resources, identifying and mitigating risks, monitoring budgets and schedules, ensuring quality and compliance, and leading project teams effectively. This role will have you overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from initiation to closure, while maintaining alignment with company objectives and standards.This role would suit a Project Manager or similar with a Manufacturing / Tooling background who wants to join a sub-contractor who provides work for the biggest aerospace companies in the world who can move up to team management and take on various other roles.THE ROLE:

• Plan, schedule, and manage projects, including stakeholders, resources, risks, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure quality and compliance while leading project teams to meet objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery from initiation to closure, maintaining alignment with company standards.
• 2 days WFH per week
• Monday – Friday flexible 8 hour shifts
