Are you a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager looking to make a significant impact? As a Project Manager you will oversee a diverse range of Refurbishment, M&E, and Maintenance projects. From inception to completion, you will ensure that quality, cost, and time targets are met, while exceeding all HS&E legislative requirements. Your leadership will be crucial in coordinating subcontractors and delivering exceptional results.As a Compliance expert, you will ensure adherence to the ADSL management system, including all procedures and processes related to Lifecycle Project Management, Procurement, and Finance. You will deliver projects on time and within budget, minimising disruption to services and customers, as well as preparing and maintaining the Construction Phase Plan.As you supervise the site, you will manage day-to-day site activities and supervise subcontractors. You will also act as a Liaison Expert, coordinating with Building Control and Planning representatives. Ready to join the team?You must have a NQF Level 4, an industry recognised qualification in engineering, building, or facilities management, SSMTS and a UK Valid Driving License.Relevant experience and proven knowledge are also essential.
