Description:

Stefanini is looking for a qualified Senior Project Manager to join our education Sales Enablement Team in the Newark, NJ office or remotely. The Sales Enablement Team plays an important role in developing a variety of resources to support large sales teams in both the US and internationally. This role will be responsible for managing proposal development and account-based marketing projects for regular and strategic accounts. The candidate will be comfortable leading discussions among cross functional times as well as with receiving constructive feedback and demonstrate an ability to take direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage proposal development projects across assigned teams for strategic accounts
• Manage account-based marketing projects across assigned teams for strategic accounts
• Provide editorial review of materials created for quality control
• Liaise with multiple teams across the organization to manage project flow
• Work closely with the sales team to proactively to support requests
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to keep the team apprised to project progress
• Proactively identify account/project needs and execute on action items
• Skills and capabilities:
