About the role
Keyprogram member responsible for the overallconversionmerger or merger. TheAcquisitionConversionManager oversees all technical and functional aspects of the conversion. Works directly with theclient and the project teamto minimize risks and issuesin order tomeet key milestone dates. Oversees milestonesto includemapping, customeracceptanceand the Conversionweekend. Acts as the mainconversioncontact for the bank’s leadership.
What you will be doing

Responsible for overall success of the conversionmerger or merger from Program kickoff through Client turnover.

Leads theConversion Managementteam (Administrative Supportresource, Technical PM).

Facilitate weekly Conversion Management meetings with Client and FIS teams.

Provides weekly dashboard statusand/or Conversion Project StatusReportforconversion.

Participate in Program-level and internal Steering Committee meetings.

Owner of document sharing portal setup and education for client on tool.

Participatesin Program-level and internaland externalSteering Committee meetings.

OverseesProject Plan updates. Planview updatesand Event Manageraction items, changes, risks,and issues.

Provides leadership in overseeing conversion milestones: Mapping, Customer Acceptance,and Conversion weekend.

Overseesthe Change Management process for the conversion.

Participates in Conversion Turnover.

Participates in Lessons Learned process withClient and FIS teams.

Ability to lead large teams with multipleobjectivesand requirements.

Solid communication skills.

Effective negotiator, able to compromise and find middle ground indifficult situations.

Knowledgeable on FIS products and processes toachieve results.

Problem solving skills to identify workarounds to mitigate issuesin order tomeet dates.
