WORK LOCATION: Hanscom AFB, MA

SALARY RANGE: Estimated $105,000 – $130,000 annually *

*depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications

JOB STATUS: Full-Time; Salaried

SECURITY CLEARANCE: MUST have an active US security clearance

CITIZENSHIP: MUST be a a US citizen

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Journeyman Project Scheduler to support the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI), which is within the USAF Cyber and Networks Directorate and located at Hanscom AFB, MA.

RESPONSBILITIES:

  • The individual shall be able to plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • The individual shall communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO.
  • The individual shall provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams, etc.).
  • The individual shall ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success.
  • The individual shall support requirements development, plan preparation, and assess ability to achieve results.
  • The individual shall communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management.
  • The individual shall take corrective actions as necessary to achieve end result.
  • The individual shall have an advanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft Office Project.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, 3 of which must be within the DoD.
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly, communicate effectively, and remain organized in order to monitor progress toward the accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives.
  • Work proactively, with minimal supervision, and effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.).
