Job Responsibilities
- Construction & Commissioning:
- Process Owner for Construction & Commissioning Services process
- Full Profit and Loss responsibility for Construction & Commissioning Services projects
- Manage a team of Project Managers who are directly responsible for executing projects in accordance with contract documents
- Overview of preparation of Project specific documentation including Plans and Procedures
- Monitoring overall project progress is in conformance with the contract schedule & costs
- Monitoring quality levels in engineering, procurement and site erection are consistent with requirements
- Support site team with technical queries and requests for information
- Create and manage risk analysis and mitigation, cash flow, schedule, and costing information
- To attend and actively participate in customer and project meetings as necessary
- Support the Management Team in enforcement of contract terms & Conditions through interactions with contract executives and site manager
- Review of contract claims including variations & extras
- Review of Daily/weekly/monthly Reports as required
- Review of project schedules and budgets
- Review of project financial data and preparation of payment applications
- Prepare contract documentation for procurement of services and materials
- Maintain good client relationships to help secure continuing business
- Issues Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to customers. Consultancy:
- Process Owner for Consultancy Services process
- Full Profit and Loss responsibility for Consultancy Services projects
- Manage a team of Project Managers who are directly responsible for executing projects in accordance with contract documents
- Develop project specific plans consistent with Critical to Quality (CTQ) requirements and customer expectations
- Develop the specifications and selection process for contract specific consultancy project manager and team members
- Engaging with/selection of subject matter experts in the claims process
- Provide presentations to external customers as required
- Issues Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to customers
- Engage in the use of all available IT tools to assist in the delivery of the OTR process. Proposals:
- Process Owner for the Proposals process
- Review customer technical requirements and estimate development in support of the global proposal process
- Draft, organize, track, circulate for review and finalize proposals (domestic and global) inclusive of the following: Resource utilization, Professional Fees, Pass-Through Costs, Vendor Pricing and Supporting text.
- Work closely with multiple departments to establish effective costing of each proposal.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and management of proposal templates, budget analysis, and other costing systems.
- Ensure that senior management and all departments are informed of proposal status through reports.
- Conduct and coordinate concise and considered internal reviews of price and proposal documents
- Prepare and present client facing presentations and meetings.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
