Our client is a highly-regarded defendant law firm who are currently recruiting for a NQ-4 PQE Property Damage Solicitor to join their Birmingham office.Your new role
This Property Damage Solicitor role will see you responsible for:

• Handling your own caseload of defendant property damage claims, including subrogated recoveries, policy coverage and product liability.
• Assisting senior team members on higher-value, complex property damage claims.
• Deliver excellent client service and meet service level agreements
• Maintain accurate management information and case documentation

What you’ll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor with 0-4 years PQE. Applicants must have a background handling a litigated insurance property caseload, including subrogated recoveries and policy coverage. You must have excellent communication skills and a strong academic background.What you’ll get in return
This is a fantastic opportunity for NQ-4 PQE Property Damage solicitors where you can expect a full and interesting caseload, working with a range of large insurer clients. You will be working as part of a high-performing team. A competitive salary of up to £45,000 is available and negotiable dependent on experience. This is a hybrid position where you will be expected in the office 2-3 days a week, but this may be flexible for suitable candidates.What you need to do now
