Property Legal AssistantA law firm in Oxford has a requirement for an experience Residential Property Legal Assistant to provide support to fee earners in their busy residential property department.The Property Legal Assistant will provide secretarial support including typing, dictation, answering client queries, assisting with fee earners on case administration, filing, opening and closing of client files using their case management software. Further duties will include undertaking property searches and land registry, proof reading contracts and property agreements.The property team is a core department within the firm and has a strong pipeline of healthy work relating to all aspects of residential property matters from long standing and loyal clients. The team are busy and the office is vibrant which will suit an enthusiastic person with good time management skills.
The success of the team has attracted many talented fee earners where you will be required to provide effective support with there case work.Previous residential property support experience is essential.The successful Property Legal Assistant will have strong legal secretarial experience within residential or commercial property. Salary to £32,000
