LSL Financial Services and its PRIMIS Mortgage Network brand is seeking a forward-thinking Propositions & Marketing Director to drive our product and service offerings, ensuring they are perfectly aligned with market demands and customer needs.In this newly created role, you will be at the forefront of identifying commercial opportunities and crafting value propositions that resonate with our broker firms. Your strategic insights will guide the development of new products and enhancements to existing services, ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive market. Collaborating closely with Sales and Operations teams, you will translate market analysis into actionable plans that drive business growth.As the Propositions & Marketing Director, you will also take ownership of our marketing strategy, working to enhance brand recognition and elevate our presence in the industry. Leading a dedicated Marketing Communications team, you will oversee the design and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with our brand identity and business objectives. From digital marketing to event management, you will leverage a full spectrum of marketing channels to generate leads, build brand awareness, and support our sales targets.Your role will involve developing strong relationships with stakeholders, managing customer insights, and staying ahead of regulatory requirements related to product design and delivery. You will also play a critical role in shaping our marketing and events packages, ensuring compliance with sponsorship rules while driving engagement with our manufacturing partners.To excel in this role, you will need a proven track record in market strategy development, digital marketing, and leadership.
