Location: Trenton, NJ 08628
Duration: 1 months to long term
Shift: 5×8-Hour (06:45 AM – 03:15 PM, 02:45 PM – 11:15 PM & 10:45 PM – 07:15 AM)
Role & Responsibilities:

• Attend cross-shift Report each morning.
• Make Rounds locate emergency equipment, fire alarm & key; Unit Census.
• Perform incoming & outgoing Narcotic count.
• Prepare staff assignments; Participate in Treatment Team Mtgs; Assess patients under your charge and complete all documentation for them.
• Restraint documentation that occur during your Attend & supervise cafeteria.
• Acknowledge, Prep/Transcribe doctors’ orders.
• Medical or psychiatric emergencies that may occur during your shift.
• Attend & assist in complete all nursing responsibilities.

Requirements:

• 1 year of Psychiatric experience.
• Registered Nurse License.
• BLS/CPR Certificate.
