QA Coordinator

Location: Othello

Wage: $25-$32 an hour, DOE

Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Coordinator to support our client’s Quality department by managing the supplier verification program, completing customer surveys, and maintaining internal documentation. This role works closely with sales, vendors, and customers to ensure compliance with food safety standards and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support the supplier verification program in line with company policies and food safety regulations.
• Compile and submit customer surveys, questionnaires, and document requests.
• Maintain internal document control systems and support the development of product specifications.
• Assist with audit preparation and organize required documents.
• Uphold all food safety regulations and company standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of database systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move up to 10 lbs.
• Flexibility to work remotely or on-site as needed.
