- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support high progress and achievement
- Ensure teaching is aligned with curriculum intent and caters to a range of learning styles and abilities
- Use data and assessment effectively to inform planning and next steps
- Create a positive classroom culture with excellent behaviour management and high expectations
- Collaborate with colleagues across your department and the wider school community
- Participate fully in CPD, faculty meetings, parents’ evenings, and whole-school events
- Model the Teachers’ Standards consistently and uphold the values of the school
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds UK QTS or QTLS and has recent experience teaching in a secondary school
- Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching
- Excellent behaviour management strategies and an understanding of inclusive practice
- Reflective, enthusiastic, and willing to contribute to the wider life of the school
- Confident with technology and up-to-date with curriculum developments in your subject
- Committed to safeguarding, child protection, and promoting pupil wellbeing
