• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support high progress and achievement
• Ensure teaching is aligned with curriculum intent and caters to a range of learning styles and abilities
• Use data and assessment effectively to inform planning and next steps
• Create a positive classroom culture with excellent behaviour management and high expectations
• Collaborate with colleagues across your department and the wider school community
• Participate fully in CPD, faculty meetings, parents’ evenings, and whole-school events
• Model the Teachers’ Standards consistently and uphold the values of the school

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Holds UK QTS or QTLS and has recent experience teaching in a secondary school
• Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching
• Excellent behaviour management strategies and an understanding of inclusive practice
• Reflective, enthusiastic, and willing to contribute to the wider life of the school
• Confident with technology and up-to-date with curriculum developments in your subject
• Committed to safeguarding, child protection, and promoting pupil wellbeing
